In 2011 my parents had loans from Woolworth's that was handed over to MBD Credit Solutions when they could not up keep with payments. I then settled both accounts in 2011, did both transfers from my standard bank account on the same day to same company. My mother's loan account was then updated as paid up yet my dads was outstanding. For the past two years i have faxed, i have scanned and email proof of payment to various heads of department yet the debt still shows an outstanding and increasing with interest. I have been from pillar to post but no one is able to assist me. Woolworth's acknowledges payment but MBD is still collecting on their behalf for the paid up debt. I don't know what to do anymore I'm desperate for advise and sending them proof of payment means nothing. MBD Credit Solutions call centre representatives are rude and not willing to listen to any explanations. They don't respond or acknowledge any of the emails forwarded to them. I have been to Woolworth's on several occasions but they can't assist much once the account has been handed over.
