Hi. I sent you guys a urgent email regarding my funds that just vanished off my account! I contacted customer service online and you guys have not answered my email since the 5th of March!

Here is my issue...

On the 2nd of March I got a sms notification stating I withdrew R550 from my account, which is true. It then shows me a balance of R633.67
I have not touched my account since...
Today (5th March) a gentleman deposited R459.67 so my balance should be R1093.34
When I got the sms notification it says that the deposit was made (R459.67) but the balance is now showing R712.29?!
What happened to the other R381.05?
