I am a creditcard account holder from African Bank and since November last year some unauthorized transactions were done on my account and I only noticed and reported the matter in March this year, I was told that an investigation was launched and it would take about 45 days and also my card had to be cancelled. Ever since no one has bothered to contact me and update me on the progress of investigation and everytime I call the creditcard services number I am given some other number to call no one seems to know anything. I am a paying an instalment every month for a card I can't even use and I e-mail them they don't respond.
