Calling me a!!!

I redeemed a deposit bonus code at SIlversands casino on the 12 June 2013 and deposited R 50 and wit6h the bonus my balance was R 99. I emailed proof of payment from my webmail account but it refused to send the attachment. I then just forwarded the payment notification from my gmail account. I was playing and got a message your account has been suspended without warning. When I logged in again my balance was from R 212 to Zero.

I emailed support at Silversands who emailed me back and said that it was an old deposit I made in May 2013. I then double checked that it was the correct attachment and resent it from my gmail. I contacted online support and "Operator 1" came online. I was flabbergasted at what happened next, he was rude wouldn't tell me why there is a problem and sarcastically told me to find out what the problem is. He accused me of trying to commit by sending the old deposit slip and that he has the power to remove my account for doing illegal things.

I still did not understand what the went wrong. I calmed him down enough to forward him the proof (which he said he is sure I didn't do) he then credited my account with the R 99 not the balance I had before
