Since January I struggle to get a statement from this institution on the amount of Sanlam Shares I have. I need this to transfer the shares to another institution. Correspondence between me and several staff of CS (started with Magda Nel, then Moerieda Smith, Roewayda Kriel, one Vernon and lastly Shantelene Jacobs did not satisfied my request. CS requested me to pay an amount of R34-20 per statement which I did and fax them the details (which I did). Roewayda then asked me to mail it to her (which I did). I did not receive feedback till 4 March when one "Vernon" cc'ed me in a mail to Shantelene (quote) "Hi Shantelene
Mr. Eriksen has paid for a statement. Please assist Kind Regards Vernon".
After no feedback again I sent a last mail to the adresses provided stating that I want positive feedback and Shantelene replied (quote) "Dear Mr. Eriksen We refer to your below e-mail, kindly advise which statement your referring to in order for us to assist with your request."
I am now really fed-up trying to get what I paid for. The service is very poor and only reactionary. Can you please assist.
