I received an email on 10/10/12 saying my card had been mailed to me but didn't receive it. Three months later, I sent an email to Ebucks and was informed that they would resend it. After not receiving it for another two months I sent another email on 6/2/13 asking where my card was and this time didn't even receive a response. It's now six months late.
