Since Tuesday I have been trying to get a quote from Absa for a dissability cover and I keep on being given different numbers. When I finally get a chance to speak to some one they tell me that I am in a wrong department. I asked for numbers and they gave them to me, when I contact them I get told that they can't provide me with a quotation for a dissability cover. Today I receive a voice message for some one who wanted to quote me and when I return the call I got told that I need to go to the bank. WHAT EXACTLY do I need to do to get service and the correct information. I want a dissability cover.
