I must wait 2 years because YOU made a mistake?

Last year August I got a call from a call-centre agent asking for references with the promise of R500.00 to be added to my Outbonus should one of them take a policy. My sister took a policy towards the end of August 2012. I got my Outbonus in January without the extra R500.00. I phoned the call-centre and queried this. They said to me that the account had not been linked and asked for my sister's OT number. I got it from her and called them back. I gave the number to them and they tried to call her while I was holding. She didn't answer so the agent asked me to have her call them on my behalf, which she duly did. My sister told me that she had it sorted out. They said that it would be added to my next Outbonus. My sister then told them to make another plan as they should have paid the R500.00 out with my Outbonus in January. The agent promised to speak with a supervisor and sort the problem out and that they would contact me. This was during the course of last week. To date I have heard nothing. No money has been deposited into my account. I think it is grossly unfair to make me wait 2 years because somebody isn't doing their job. Please rectify this and give me what you promised.
