I have numerous calls from Standard Bank about my credit card payments, when for over a year and a half Consolidebt has been managing and paying the Bank every month! Stop calling and harassing me! Please teach your staff a) how to speak English b) customer service c) how to read the systems d) how not to be rude and how not to put the phone down on me. STOP calling! I do not know how many times one has to speak to a different call centre agent who cannot read what is on the system. Ridiculous. I have been with Standard Bank for 26 years! Not proud of this bank - will change to FNB.
