I was very suprised at the quick response that I got from Wonga. Thank you for that. But as it stand I have still not received my refund on the overpayment on my account. I was contacted by the call centre asking to email or fax a bank statement reflecting the EFT payment as well as the DEBIT ORDER payment so that they could send it to finance and have them pay my money back. Which I did. Emailed and Faxed. But this is now almost a week later and I have still not received my money. I am sitting with my hand in my hair. PLEASE PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!
