I had an accident on 11 July. For the past two weeks i have been trying to contact Indwe to get a claim form. i have had calls dropped on me, waited for anything between 30-40 minutes online, at the end a voice mail comes on which says leave a message. i have spoken to one lady who said to me she will email me the forms. she took my email down, even now i still have not received the email. in ten days time it will be 30 days and i still would have not reported the case. The Worst service i have ever known with the insurance provider. After this claim i am definitely moving.
