On 12.02.13 I applied (online) for an overdraft on my account. Rec a call from Nyiko Khoza to finalize the application. He also offered me a Gold Value Bundle on my cheq acc to reduce bank costs. He explained to me - only catch to this bundle is that I'm limited to 5ATM trns for the month. On the 18.02.13 Geneve phone to finalize the application for both. The overdraft was approved and the Gold Value bundle - said that as of the 18.02.13 I'll be on the new fee structure, they hv to deduct the costs accumulated on the acc up to the 18th, which she said to me was R32.50. Confirmed that the new fee structure will apply 01.03.13 On the 18th ABSA took R32.50 R100.13 from my acc. On the 28th ABSA took R134.25 internet fees from my account, but no R109.00 as per the agreement. I requested a refund on these funds which was not explained to me, but I'm getting the run arround. Nor does it seem like ABSA want to refer back to the voice recordings of all these conversations.
