A year ago I called in requesting a Gold Value Bundle as it was advertised and as it said on the advert, I would be charged R109 and get all the benefits listed. I even asked the lady who took the call if there won't be anymore charges she said" only R109 ". To my suprise every month there is over R350 in capitalisation fees which is deducted adding to the R109 initial agreement. I watched this over a year and every month I'm loosing R500 that I could be saving for the future. This year I switched bank to FNB. My account has been inactive since May and I'm still charged the same amount. Today one of your consultant calls me threatening me that she will take my account to credit buerue and I won't get credit anymore, what a chick. I left the account with no funds purposefully to show u that u r charging me for some thing I didn't sign up for. Absa has bad service, I first struggled switch and now I'm intimidated. Please re check my account and reverse all the capitalisation fee you charged me because this is not what I signed up for. I don't owe u a cent. Refund those capitalisation ledger fees, its not what I signed up for. I'm living absa because they ripped me off. The account.
