I have been overcharged for the last year and a half.
First, my gold "value bundle" was never activated as a bundle, and I unwittingly paid more than double the cost to have the "gold benefits". Now, after becoming a student again, I am being charged R87 for my internet banking and sudden transactional costs on top of the student management fee and (not mentioned anywhere) admin fee.
What are you doing ABSA?
