No exception to the rule

I called Fnb to apply for one of these contracts for there cellphones which requires you to have a minimum deposit of R5500 for a samsung galaxy note for a minimum of 3 months. My issue is that clearly they can see I deposit money into my account every second month. 15k and then 30k, so wheres the exception to the rule cause clearly i have enough money in my account at all times for a R500 debit order to go through each month, nobody will just take the time to make the effort to do abit more. Other then this FNB is a world class bank that i will never stray from just think going the extra mile for a good client should not be made such a mission
