2nd complaint no result yet!

Fiona from Smart Device calls me today after I was in conversations and viewing my opinion and explaining my frustration to many other people... she tells me she has the authority and the ability to make an exception to my request. (partially what i initially complained about)

she interrupted me numerous times whilst I was talking, was sarcastic and rude at the best of times and inevitably resulted in NOTHING.

She made a statement stating that she has the authority to overide and make an exception whether or not to go ahead and provide me with a 2nd device after I had two for the last year and settled one in order to get a different device. she called me back after explaining that she will speak to another senior individual in order to make the decision. the decision is that they wont be making the exception and that me paying almost R4000 to settle a device in order to received another was a waste of my time and money.

If Fiona had the authority and ability to make the decision then she has spitefully not done so and I am now not annoyed with FNB but rather insulted. I have contacted STD Bank and will be moving over to them.

thanks for Nothing FNB... you clearly cannot help me!
