Is being committed on my account, debit orders have bounced, the bank has charged my over limit fees and penalties because the debit orders bounced, the supplier has charged my penalties because their debit order has come back and I'm sitting overseas.

I have assigned my mother full power of attorney and they bank says no she doesn't have it, I was in the bank with her when we did it so how can they say she doesn't have power of attorney, we also did a full power of attorney at an attorney which she has with her at all times and the bank wouldn't help her. I am in a different country and sitting with my hands tied!
