Struggling to get proper feedback

I have been attempting to lodge a dispute since 24 Julie 2013 but does not seem to get anywhere with the Disputes Department. First time I send through my application with supporting documents I received SMS notification that they received it and then 10 days later I received another notification that my application was not successful because my documents was not sent. So I went through the whole process again, this time sending it to Romy Chamaine's direct email address and now they say they can't open my documents from a PDF folder. So I resent my documents the 3rd time and part from the fact that they sent notification that they received my documents I haven't heard anything from them. I don't have the time or money to spend 20 minutes on the phone to try through to an operator to follow up on this matter every day. My dispute is also quite serious since Edgars is accusing me wrongfully accusing me of not paying my account and that is affecting my credit record terribly. I really need to get this sorted our as soon as possible.
