False advertising

I called to see if they would better my current insurance premium. they could not come close to it.
Kaven said sorry cant meet that premium.

they are quick to advertise, we will meet or better your current premium or we will give you a R400.00 cash back.

i called last week and to date have not heard of anything on my SO called cash back for not been able to meet or better the deal.

would appriciate feed back on the above. this is realy seen as false advertising

i see this as false advetising.
