Frustrated by lack of service

My name is Lebo and I am just frustrated. I have been from pillar to post. I have called the below numbers dating from 27 Feb till today: 0114958911; 0860103117; 0861116059; 0860555111; 27116670000. All Nedbank numbers, I have spoken to just about every department and still haven't been helped instead everyone keeps giving me yet another number to call. All I need to do is change my debt order date. Please contact me to help me with this I need to speak to someone from collections in particular. I have wasted R 120 worth of airtime and still haven't changed my debit date for this month. Please help me urgently. My last call was today and the lady said she was from legal not collections so she can't help me.
