I had a debit order debited to my account under a ref 0022681839 and got given the number 011 710 4056 to call in order to enquire nature of debit order - cannot get through and even on phoning the other help numbers offered by Nedbank get no assistance. Incredibly frustrated on getting information and you get shunted from pillar to post. Banks need to catch a wake up as clients are getting disillusioned with the state of affairs! Remember that your client base is your cash!
