Referring to a previous report on Hellopeter reference number 305457NF for Personal loan that was never taken up
After explaining to the Call Centre staff member on 6 Des, they repaid d 3 instead of 2 instalment's. Informed my Daughter to keep the 1 Instalment, as she received a sms from FNB stating that another instalments is due on 13 December. On 19 December she went to Lifestyle Branch to return the instalment however nobody at the Personal loan Call Centre could help. Branch was flabbergasted as they where twice put on hold with no response she could not return the funds as there is no account number to return the funds to... Today FNB deducts two instalments again for a loan that she never took. Is there anybody at Personal loans that help.
