After i pulled out my credit report with trans union I noticed that the one personal loan with FNB appears as two loans on the report. The loan has been duplicated and is negatively impacting my credit report and credit balance.
When i contacted the loans division they informed me that it was an error with their system but they cannot delete the duplicated loan account.
I insisted that they resolve the issue and was promised a call back from last week and I am still waiting.
This is disgusting service from FNB. If I had not checked my credit report i would not have known about this error that could effect my future loan application.
