In June 2012 I was contacted by debt buster for legal fees that was not paid, yet the debit order was done by debt busters.in 2011 it was admin fees admin fees which was debited by debt busters. Once again my account with debt buster has been messed up I haven't paid admin and legal fees.will I be doing this every year as it seems that they obviously don't have the people to handle the account correctly. will they pay the bank fees for the yearly statement that I produce every time they mess up.i'm dealing with financial controller that does not get back to me or seems that he is not doing any follow up with his accounts department.
