I have vehicle insurance with your company and I do not seem to be able to get through to your call centre. For 2 days I have been calling only to keep holding and holding then being told by the switchboard operator that theres a high volume of calls. I have worked in a call centre before and it is completely unacceptable to hold for over 30 minutes for someone to speak to then when you eventually get through to someone you get told you are in the wrong department or get cut off. I am seriously having second thoughts about your company. What is going to happen the day I need to claim or am in an accident? How do you provide a service when you cannot handle your customer calls efficiently? it seems to me you have 2 people manning your calls from what I have experienced. This is complaee and utter nonsense and a waste of my time and airtime!
