I changed my bank details and as FNB promised they changed my debit orders but Assupol did not respond to all the requests.
i had to intervene and in October i phoned the call centre which mailed me a debit order form. i send it back to them but no response. in November i personally delivered the form to the Pretoria Cntral office and enqiured the next day. the lady informed me that she forwarded the form to Head Office but still no response. only at the end of December i saw that an amount of R185-88 was deducted. In january another payment were deducted and i assumed that all was well only to find in February they send me a letter stating that my policy has lapsed due to funds not received.
