Which was suppose to be a compliment for ur company are now unfortunately turning into a complain and u possibly losing a customer. We had a break-inn for the 1st time on the 11 Feb 2013. Today I receive and e-mail advising that our premium are now increased with R200. This is not the problem, the problem is that our vehicle access are increased from R3 225.00 to R8 450.00! Ntombi at ur call-centre kindly advised me it's because so many people made and accident with the same vehicle and now it is seen as a high-risk. Ridiculous! I was so shocked and couldn't believe it that I had to phone again. This time speaking to a trainee Henrietta. She off-cause changed the story to our claim that we submitted and in order to not increase our premium to much, u increased our accessed with R5 225.00! This is completely unacceptable and unreal. When I requested to speak to a superior I had o hold on forever only to be told by Henrietta that her superior does not want to talk to me but that she confirmed Henrietta's explanation. Please advise urgently the REAL STORY. We would not like to change from your company but can definitely not afford to have this ridiculous access.
