Not sticking to what is promised / offered

Hi there,
In this passed year I phoned Outsurance twice for insurance quotes. Both times they couldn't beat my current insurance. Outsurance offers to pay you R400 if they can't beat your current insurance, but I never got anything. The times I phoned for quotations they said that they will send me some link or something, but never got anything. Up till today Outsurance can't beat my current insurance prices and never got any R400 (as advertised), which they advertise on billboards, magazines, TV, etc. It seem to look like it is is a fake marketing scheme!? I'm very disappointed!
