I have added a new vehicle to my insurance policy with Virgin and Nolwazi was very friendly and helpfull. When I requested a discount on my monthly premium she was most willing to speak to her superiors to approve the discount. She is experienced and proffessional. She also have a very clear acsent and her vocabalory with regards to insurance terms and factors are of the best. Thank you.
