How much more incompetent will Nedbank become..?

Today I walked out of the Nedbank Cresta branch in frustration without my reason for being their fulfilled. What was I looking for? An unsecured loan for untold sums of money? Maybe to finance a Lamborghini? No, all I wanted was a transaction history on my Vehicle Finance and my Garage Card since mid 2010.

I waited at the counter for a good 3/4 hour, after a lengthy wait in the queue while the clerk Rose had to literally beg the call-centre to send my statements. She literally had to keep repeating what she wanted to no avail. It was as if there was a zombie on the other side. Why does the branch need to call a call-centre anyway? After 3/4 hours I went to speak to Thomas (Ostensibly the Branch Manager) who merely shrugged and said "That's unfortunately the process" I eventually walked out in disgust and frustration. What a shocking mess Nedbank is satisfied to serve up to paying customers. It really is time to vote with our feet and teach these fat lazy corporates the value of good customer relations.
