NOLWAZI TNSOANE, is an excellent call centre agent at Virgin Insurance. Compared to my previous encounter with an agent, NOLWAZI is very professional, providing an efficient service. She did not make we wait (delivery on time), fast & excellent, she resolved my issues almost immediately, putting me at ease. She has alot of product knowledge & she has been my Star Performer.
