I've been a Virgin Insurance custormer for about four years now, and I'm very happy with the service they always give me. Last year I had a little accident at my house and the damage cost about R55 000, which they paid with no problems. Today I got an email advising me of my premium increase. I gave them a call to ask for a discount on the premium, I spoke to Luyolo and he was just a star! I'm very happy with the discount he gave me. I did a little research and got quotes from other companies, I must say what I'm paying is very reasonable and non of them could beat or come close to what I'm currently paying.
Virgin thank you for being the best insurance company, and Luyolo thank you for being friendly and keep on doing the great Job!! Sorry but you are stuck with me forever.
