AFI has just confirmed how much they value customers and how they live up to their "SERVE" policy. Instead of resolving a clients problems, after taking a clients money, they would rather tell the client to go elsewhere, because the client questioned their policies & intergrity. Below are comments received from Linda Edwards, as to why AFI has informed us that they will not insure us further.
Please find the reasons as to why we are requesting you to cancel the policy:
o The Hellopeter complaint that was submitted by yourself.
o You advising of our poor service.
o You advising that we did not meet your service expectation level during your claim.
Its great to pay top money for insurance and get to deal with a company that would rather lose a client than address their internal problems. Great going AFI. I have no idea how a company like this still exists.
