I have a loan with Capfin and I was under the impression that you get insurance when make a loan bigger than R5000, but it never happens while you desperate to make a loan agents quickly gets it sorted out in order for them to get commision, now when you have a problem they cannot assist it is then when you only find out that you dont have insurance. they debit your account twice without your consent after you made arrangements and get told that your arrangement amount is not on the system and they will call you back which they never do. I appeal to all customers to complain and the NCR to take action against these
