Great service and retention of custome

I was getting frustrated with my excalating insurance premiums and on the verge of shopping around for alternative cover. Linda shared my frustrations and did her best to come up with a deal that not only I was happy with, but with which I was actually thrilled. I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. She was extremely helpful and patient with a progressively frustrated client. She brought me back into the Alexander Forbes fold when I was on the verge of jumping ship.
