I had a loan with Nedbank and after paying it up I got a call from one of the agents who told me I could qualify for a credit card, I asked to be called back later because I was at work but I was never contacted. I then called in myself and done an application with a agent called Trisha she advised me that I will need to forward the required documents which I did, that was the 25th of February and until today I got no feedback, I need to call in every second day where I am put on hold, just to hear my application is still pending, a friend of my got the same call and everything was done within the same day she gt her card the same day she got the call so what makes my application different? I then got a call yesterday from a agent who again done a telephonic assesment telephonically and told me I will get an sms shortly 24 hours later and no sms.
I paid up my loan requested a paid up letter which I received only after logging a complaint, Nedbank then deducted R280.00 I called in asked them what that was for the agent couldn't tell me but reversed it for me only now I see the R280.00 is reflecting with a different loan acc nr I am still awaiting a paid up letter after 48 hours.
