Standard Bank did not resolve my previous issue and could not tell me why another account was opened without my knowledge... they seemed to think this was normal practise and when I requested to know which consultant opened the account they said there was no point in playing the blame game... Then what is performance management for? Surely someone has to take accountability?
They did contact me to say that they will look into it and let me know what the situation is etc - still awaiting feedback. I also asked them to transfer that balance to my current credit card so that I could pay it... nothing to date and now it seems that they have OPENED ANOTHER ACCOUNT that I am not aware of/did not authorise... Seriously.. Standard bank?
