On the 31st of October, I cancelled my Miway policy. The call centre agents were rude and unhelpful, and kept me on hold for ages, but eventually the policy was cancelled. However, today Miway took money from my account. I am sick of dealing with Miway's pathetic and useless call centre - I want a recording of the call on the 31st of October so that I can submit it to the insurance ombudsman. I also want my money returned to me by COB today.
