I called multichoice on the 30/01/2013, spoke to a guy who helped and advised that if i want a refund I must send an email to [Email Removed] which was done on the same day @ 09:51 am, got an automated message confirming that they have received my email and their average turnaround time for resolution of queries is approximately 3 working days. 3 days passed already no feedback, called in today @ 09:51 spoke to guy didn't get his name, instead of him trying to understand my problem he tells me that the turn around time is 7 days for the refunds not 3 days even when I asked to be put through to the department where they handle the refunds he didn't do that.
