I've been on debt review for a time now and from the word go Standard Bank was very unhelpful!! Now they keep on phoning me after I've repeatedly given the information to contact my debt counsellor. Every time I ask to speak to an Afrikaans speaking consultant and every time that specific consultant has already left for the day. My debt counsellor has given the new arrangement's to them and yet they still call me and ask me what's going on. Every-time it's an different consultant & every-time they don't have the information that was send. Does their system not work properly? Do they not make notifications on our accounts? Is there no communication between the people working there? And my biggest question of all - What gives that consultants the right to speak and treat me as something the dog dragged in? I am fed-up with them and their interruptions when you try to clear things out and their unwillingness to assist me in my own language.
