With regards to a claim I submitted over 6 months ago the last responce was;

Still have not been contacted at all by NEDBANK, after I had to repair some the damage as the responce has been SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST. So much for the above statement " We appreciate your patience..." WELL 6 MONTHS IS RATHER TESTING MY PATIENCE AND MAKING ME RATHER MAD.
I WILL NEVER RECOMEND NEDBANK INSURANCE EVER.
THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SERVICE.
