Appalling service

I went to capitec Bank to get Credit, i was assisted by a guy named Theo at the Esselen branch. customers are told that you can get credit within minutes and for me it has been 2 days now and nobody bothers to advise me of what is happening. I phoned the call centre yesterday and they told me to contact the branch, i spoke to the guy that assisted me and he said he would get back to me yesterday and advise of a way forward and its 14h11 and still no word. Im highly disappointed with the service that i have received at Capitec, i mean to just contact somebody and advise is not alot. i work with customers, i know what service is and what i experience is definatly not IT.
