Why oh why did I move to FNB???

I sent an e-mail to FNB on Thursday 28 Feb 2013 with an enquiry about their IPad offer. I received an automated response from their Premier Suite advising that I would get an answer within 24 hours. It is now Tuesday and still no response??? Maybe it is me that doesn't quite understand what 24 hours means??? Or maybe they are just useless???
