I have been waiting for more then 2 weeks for my cellpone claim to be sorted out but to no avail, when i call the call centre i get put through from pillar to post. Then the other day one of the consultants there gave me attitude and insinuated that i didn't know what i was doing! I have never in my life been so disgusted with the level of respect and misleading like this before, If you want t through your money down the drain and want to get alot of grieve, take any policy or investment with Finrite Insurance and they won't disappoint those expectations. I have now given up hope in recovering the phone, my money, stress and MY TIME that i have waited is totally not worth it. I am now waiting for them to find a store where they can get the phone i want that also will take another 2 weeks a presume and maybe after a full month and half they will have delivered to me. I told the consultant by the name of Bella Lepheane, that when i had a cellphone insurance with HOLLARD, it was hassal free and in every occassion it really was the 4 to 7 working days waiting period, NOT ANY LATER! I will take my business elsewhere, because i think I do not deserve the grieve this whole ordeal cause
