I was robbed on the weekend of the 23/24 Feb. I opened a case (SAPS) and logged a claim (DISCOVERY). SAPS attended to me immediately and their service was impeccable. DISCOVERY however, have yet to approve my claim and every time I call, more delays occur and blame is passed every which way. Between consultants' lunches and leave I wonder who actually tends to us as clients. What would happen if my SKY HIGH PREMIUMS were as delayed as Discovery is in processing this claim?? I have had no joy and keep getting the run around. Maybe it's time we all start using our spend to vote for better service and close these blase, non-caring corporates down!!!
My spend is looking to move elsewhere, THAT'S FOR SURE!!!
