I have submitted a complaint where i have had no feedback for a claim that was lodged in November 2013. After many phonecalls and being transferred from one uselees agant to another, leaving many messages at their message centre and after a reply on my hellopeter complaint, i still have had no feed back regarding my complaint. I though as much as Absa's feedback on hellpeter said it will be investigated and referred back shortly. No 5 days later and no feedback yet. I am not suprised at all. I would like to inform Absa, that if this is not resolved within the next 2 working days, i will be forced to submit a complaint at the ombudsman. Please contact me on 083 4096842.
