This is now rediculous, after my last complaint end of 2012, Absa responded that Ref 2179783 was logged and needed to be investigated and that we would receive feedback. Its now 2013 June and not one phone call or comment from ABSA, this is apalling customer service. All we want is for ABSA bank to supply feedback for my claim for Injury after falling outside the ABSA Bank entrance whilst floors were being washed.
What must we do to get a response please from ABSA Bank.
