I received a credit card statement dated 2012/11/03 from african bank, and on it there was an insurance amount of R783.25 dat i don't evn knw wat it is for, when i phoned to enquire about it they say they see NO such debit charge on their side and wat makes me angry is that i have a funeral policy which debit from this credit card which has lapsed due to this insurance charge that African bank put into my statement that i do not knw. I have faxed thru the statement as requested by the call centre to 0879430136.
