African bank is just useless... i have been phoning them regarding my credit card which is settled, i have submitted my documents last Friday to silverton branch. Then again phoned six times on monday, they told me to wait 42 hours to unlock the card. Tuesday they phoned me again for the my bank statement, i also mailed the statement same day. Yesterday i phoned them to check the status they told me to wait till end of business. This morning i have received an sms saying that i must fax the documents again. I dont see the user on their consultants or maybe i have been played around.
