I am having on going problems with my credit card that's blocked, I received a message stating that i must send proof of address and Id to 0879430136 Ref no 8896369. I have done this 3 times when i phoned 0861111011 they said they did not receive it. They gave me a email address [Email Removed] that is not working at all. I have been trying to resolve this for more then a month, and no one can help me. I have been going to the branches and they cant help me??? Then this is only the part of the problem, every month they are deducting extra R150 off every month and I am up to date with my payments. I also paid in a extra R200 so Last month I paid a total of R900, and when i check out my balance it shows R320??? Where did the rest go???!!! I need help very urgent because this is really frustrating me because i am getting no help.
